Yes! Our formulations are made to be non-irritating and non-comedogenic. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before trying any new skincare product — just to be safe.
How do I do a patch test?

Apply a small amount of the product on your inner wrist or behind your ear.

Leave it on for 24 hours.

If you notice any irritation or redness, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
Are BeautyGods products gender-neutral?
Yes! All our products are unisex and suitable for anyone who wants healthier, glowing skin.
Can I use your products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Our products are free from harmful ingredients and dermatologically tested. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding — just to be extra careful.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Each product has a 24-month shelf life from the date of manufacturing. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 6 months for best efficacy.
How should I store the products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Make sure the lids are tightly closed after use.
Where can I find the full ingredient list?
Every product page has the complete list of ingredients under the “Ingredients” tab or in the description section.
What if the product doesn't suit me?
No worries! Check out our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on replacements or refunds.

How do I place an order?
Just visit our website — https://mybeautygods.com — browse, add to cart, and checkout. That’s it!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if you request cancellation within 3 hours of placing your order and before it has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t reached the “Ready to Ship” stage, yes!

What are the shipping charges?
We offer standard shipping rates at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — so keep an eye out for those deals!
How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
During peak times, sales, or festivals, it may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience!
My order is marked "Delivered" but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Reach out to us within 72 hours of the delivery notification. We’ll investigate and help resolve it.
I received the wrong or damaged product. What now?
We’re so sorry! Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for next steps — and rest assured, we’ll make it right.
